Literally when VSCode is restarted, Roo keeps crashing, and then I ran bisect and it confirmed that its roo ... When I disable Roo, then VSCode works fine

I've created a pull request to fix this issue: #6533

The fix adds robust error handling to prevent crashes when parsing Rust and Swift files:

1. WASM Loading Protection: Added timeouts and graceful error handling when loading language parsers
2. Safe Parsing: Wrapped parsing operations in try-catch blocks with timeouts to handle complex files
3. Memory Management: Implemented automatic cleanup of unused parsers to prevent memory leaks

The changes ensure that if a file can't be parsed, it's simply skipped rather than crashing VSCode. All tests are passing and the fix is backward compatible.
