Roo locks up on startup after installing Claude Code

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

I have been using Roo successfully for almost a year on complex projects.

After the recent post about using Claude Code as a provider, I installed Claude Code... I can use Claude Code standalone. When I went back to try Roo, Roo just hangs and I couldn't even get to a prompt. I tried clearing caches, completely uninstalling and reinstalling Roo to no avail. Only after I disabled Claude Code does Roo startup again

💥 Outcome Summary

Installed Claude Code in VSCode ... Roo doesn't even load.. Uninstalled Claude Code from VSCode ... Roo loads
