New Gemini settings can not be set if not already set

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

• Upgrade from a version that wasn't used to test the Gemini Enable URL context and Enable Grounding with Google Search checkboxes.
• Or: export settings, then edit the settings JSON to remove those settings completely. Then import that edited file.

You will now be unable to set those settings because they don't already exist.

Essentially, because the settings don't already exist, toggling the checkboxes doesn't trigger a tracked state change:

💥 Outcome Summary

Expected that the state change would trigger the Save button to become active. This did not happen.

Hi @sealad886! I've created a pull request to fix this issue: #6617

The fix adds special handling for the enableUrlContext and enableGrounding fields in the settings form to properly detect changes when these fields transition from undefined to false. This ensures the Save button activates correctly when toggling these checkboxes.

The solution is similar to what you had on your fork. Thanks again for reporting this issue and providing a fix!
