When using Chinese language, if there is Chinese in the output after the command, garbled characters will appear, which will affect the entire process. Suspected to be gbk and UTF-8 processing issues

The problem appears to be related to character encoding when displaying Chinese text in command execution results. I'll investigate the encoding handling in the terminal integration and work on a fix to properly support UTF-8 Chinese characters.

I've created a pull request to fix this issue: #6769

The fix detects the system's locale and automatically applies the appropriate UTF-8 encoding, ensuring Chinese and other non-Latin characters display correctly in terminal output.

The solution:

• Detects system locale from environment variables
• Converts non-UTF-8 encodings (like GBK, SJIS, EUC-KR) to their UTF-8 equivalents
• Falls back to en_US.UTF-8 only when no locale is detected
• Includes comprehensive tests for various locale scenarios

This should resolve the garbled Chinese character issue you were experiencing.

Hey @kismetpro, I tried to reproduce the Chinese character issue but couldn't get it to happen on the latest version.

Could you share a screenshot of the garbled text and let me know what OS you're using? Also, what command gives you the garbled output?

This might already be fixed in newer versions, but I'd like to make sure we solve it for your setup.
