I'm exploring a potential fix to update DeepSeek models' context length to 128k as per their latest API documentation. I'll open a PR to share progress.

Opened PR #7269 with my attempt at addressing this issue. The PR updates DeepSeek models' context window from 64k to 128k as per their latest API documentation. All tests and CI checks are passing. Feedback welcome!
