I'm exploring a potential fix for the Code Index error that occurs when clicking the Start Indexing button. I'll investigate the issue and open a PR to share progress.

I've opened PR #7357 with a fix for this issue: #7357

The fix includes:

1. Added support for text-embedding-v4 model in the OpenAI Compatible provider configuration
2. Enhanced error handling in the startIndexing process to properly catch and display initialization errors
3. User-friendly error messages that provide actionable information to help resolve configuration issues

The changes ensure that when there's a configuration error (like an unsupported model), users will see a clear error message instead of the generic error shown in your screenshot.

All tests are passing and the PR is ready for review. Feedback welcome!

Maybe I means that you can create the new textinput, the user can use this textinput to set how much bacth can model use.

And you can create the more detail log, to show what you do in the code index, currently I don't know is the model not support or just is Roo Code's bug
