I installed Claude Code in PowerShell 7 on Windows. The VSCode terminal can open Claude Code normally, but when I set it to use the local Claude in Roo Code, I keep getting an error.

I'm exploring a potential fix for the Windows PowerShell integration issue with Claude Code. I'll investigate how Roo Code invokes external commands on Windows and work on a solution.

I've opened PR #7395 with a fix for this issue: #7395

The solution detects when Claude Code is installed as a PowerShell script (.ps1 file) on Windows and executes it through PowerShell with the appropriate flags. This should resolve the error you were experiencing.

The fix includes:

• Automatic detection of .ps1 files on Windows
• Proper PowerShell invocation with security flags
• Comprehensive test coverage
• Backward compatibility for regular executables

CI checks are currently running on the PR. Once they pass and the PR is reviewed, this should resolve your issue with Claude Code on Windows.
