I am analyzing the CPU profile to identify the performance bottleneck. The profile shows high CPU usage in parsing functions, particularly parseContent with 32,538 hits. I will investigate the code indexing and parsing logic to optimize performance.

Opened PR #7478 with my attempt at addressing this high CPU usage issue.

The fix implements a caching strategy for parser instances and loaded WASM language files to prevent redundant operations during code indexing. All tests are passing and CI checks have completed successfully.

Thanks for reporting. From the profile it looks like tree-sitter may be consuming CPU. If this becomes disruptive, I recommend disabling codebase indexing in the settings. Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can optimize here since this comes from an external library.
