[ENHANCEMENT] Allow sorting and pinning for Modes and API Profiles under main input

Problem / Value

Users can’t control the order of Modes or fully pin favorites, which makes frequently used options harder to access. Adding sorting and pinning improves consistency and speeds up common workflows.

Context

Affects users who switch Modes or API Profiles often from the selector below the main input. Today, Modes appear alphabetically with no reordering; API Profiles support pinning only.

Constraints/Preferences

• Provide two ordering options:
  • Automatic: alphabetic, disables manual drag-and-drop
  • Manual: drag handles to rearrange
• Support pinning for both Modes and API Profiles so pinned items appear at the top
• Keep the flow lightweight and discoverable in settings and the selector UI
