After the codebase indexing of more than 200k blocks is completed, I need to re-index the codebase after restarting roocode

I've opened PR #7589 with a fix for the stack overflow issue: #7589

The fix converts the recursive directory scanning to an iterative approach using a queue, which prevents the call stack from being exceeded when indexing large codebases. All existing tests pass and CI checks are green.

This should resolve the "Maximum call stack size exceeded" error you were experiencing when re-indexing projects with 200k+ blocks.
