Schedule message for after conversation finished

What specific problem does this solve?

I'd love to be able to right-click the Send button (or similar UI) and have an option to schedule my message for when the current Task is completed, as opposed to sending it at the next user message opportunity. This would alle me to queue up new tasks while Roo is still working away on a task.

I have opened PR #7739 with my implementation of the message scheduling feature.

Implementation Summary

The PR adds the ability to schedule messages for after task completion by right-clicking on the Send button. Key changes include:

• Added a dropdown menu to the Send button that appears on right-click
• Two options: "Send message" (immediate) and "Schedule for after task completion"
• Scheduled messages display with a clock icon in the queue
• Leverages existing MessageQueueService infrastructure

CI Status

Most CI checks are passing, but there is a failing translation check. I added the new translation keys to all locale files with English placeholders, but the check is still failing. This may need maintainer attention to resolve properly.

The implementation is functionally complete and ready for review.

Thanks for the proposal! This isn’t something we’re planning to support right now, as message scheduling tied to task completion isn’t on our roadmap. We’ll keep this in mind if we revisit improvements to task queuing and interaction flow in the future.
