Chat input is cleared when a queued message is sent

Problem

When a queued message is sent, any unsent text in the chatbox is wiped.

Context

Affects users who have messages queued (e.g., while approval is pending) and then type new text before the queue processes. When the queued item sends, the chatbox is cleared.

Reproduction

1. Environment/setup (OS, VS Code version, Roo-Code extension version)
2. Steps:
   a) Reach a state where sending is disabled and messages are queued (e.g., waiting for approval)
   b) Queue a message
   c) Type new text in the chatbox; do not send
   d) Wait for the queued message to send automatically
3. Expected: Unsent text remains
4. Actual: The chatbox is cleared
