What specific problem does this solve?

By default, all the thinking the model is performing is only visible as a single line - it's basically collapsed:

I use Roocode in a new window, on a separate, vertical monitor. I have 2560 pixels of height available for me. I want to see all the output the AI generates at all times.

For this reason, I'd like to propose a configuration option that allows users to auto-collapse (default) or auto-expand all thinking output.

Additionally, as a UX improvement, we shouldn't duplicate the content when the section is expanded. The part highlighted in orange should disappear when expanded:
