[ENHANCEMENT] Prompt Spellchecking

I would like the prompt to have spell checking, as sometimes the AI gets confused about what a misspelling actually means.

Context (who is affected and when)

Everyone who sometimes mistypes.

Desired behavior (conceptual, not technical)

In my IDE editor windows, spelling mistakes are flagged with a blue underline and are correctable from suggestions, something similar.

I've opened PR #8279 with a proof-of-concept implementation of spell checking for the prompt input area.

The implementation includes:

• Blue wavy underlines for misspelled words (as requested)
• Context menu with spelling suggestions
• Keyboard navigation support
• Comprehensive test coverage

This is a demonstration implementation using a limited dictionary. The PR description includes details about potential enhancements for production use, such as integrating with browser spell check APIs or WebAssembly-based spell checkers.

The CI checks are currently running. Feedback and suggestions are welcome!

@daniel-lxs Chrome, Firefox, VSCode (editor) have good spell checks that are instant, why not the prompt, where I write many many words; enhance prompt is so in-direct. ⛵
