[ENHANCEMENT] Add pause button

Sometimes the model being used by a certain mode is taking too long or I realize it is not the model I want to be working on the current job and/or the model is going in a direction I don't want.

Context (who is affected and when)

If ya'll could add a "Pause" button down at the bottom because there are many times I want it to pause it's thinking so I can change the model and/or give it some important direction or correction.

Desired behavior (conceptual, not technical)

Pause button. So user can change model and/or add some direction or additional context that will be given to the model in a priority manner.

I'm exploring a potential implementation for the pause button feature and will open a PR to share progress.

I've opened PR #8333 with my implementation of the pause/resume button feature.

The implementation allows users to pause AI responses mid-stream and resume them later, which addresses the need to change models or add more context when responses are taking too long or going in an unwanted direction.

The solution adds pause/resume buttons to the UI that appear alongside the Cancel button during streaming, and implements the pause mechanism at the streaming loop level to ensure responses can be cleanly paused and resumed.

All tests are passing and the code review showed 92% confidence. Feedback welcome!

In the near future we will be working on adjusting this behaviour to make it less absolute of an experience from what I understand. I think that using the "cancel" button for now achieves what you're after.
