LiteLLM can display thinking data but Roocode wont use it.

I'm exploring a potential fix for displaying thinking data from LiteLLM and will open a PR to share progress.

Opened PR #8498 with my attempt at addressing this issue. The implementation adds support for displaying thinking/reasoning data from LiteLLM by detecting and handling multiple possible field names (reasoning, thinking, reasoning_content) in the streaming responses.

The PR includes comprehensive test coverage and all checks are currently running. Feedback welcome!
