Roo running test waiting for terminal output causes entire extension to crash

What happened?

This has happened a few times since the new release today but sporadic. This is a relatively new task I'm working on only used 1m tokens, has 23.6k of context. Part of the task is that it created a fix in the code and ran a Jest test. The terminal output finished and it looked like Roo was waiting for the test to complete and it had already completed. Then it crashed hard and completely reset back to the Roo "start" page (What can Roo do for you?)

I have a test that generates a lot of console.log() output and the amount of output is directly relational to causing the extension to crash. I reduced the number of logs in my code and Roo was able to continue although it still takes a long time to recognize that the terminal output is completed (spinning circle)

This same thing happens when working on a Dotnet project if the dotnet build command is run. The command finishes but the extension doesn't realize it.

Also the task gets corrupted, you can't open it anymore.

We have a confirmation from 2 people now that there is a conflict with Oh My Zsh and Roo Code. When Oh My Zsh is disabled, the this problem does not occur against tests that previously had failed with Oh My Zsh enabled.

There may be some ways to modify Oh My Zsh to not have this issue occur:

User confirmed the following workaround for Oh My ZSH is working:

Disabling auto update WORKED

Added this to .zshrc file:

DISABLE_AUTO_UPDATE="true"
DISABLE_UPDATE_PROMPT="true"
