Users often write commit messages themselves or when working in different sessions the agent creates an incomplete commit message. It's good to have a button in vscode above commit message box to be able to generate commit message for currently staged files.

I've opened PR #8862 with my implementation of the commit message generation feature: #8862

The implementation adds a sparkle icon button to the SCM title bar that generates AI-powered commit messages for staged changes. Most CI checks are passing, though there's a translation check failure that may need attention.

The feature analyzes staged git changes and generates appropriate commit messages following conventional commit format.

Thanks for the suggestion! We’ve explored similar implementations in the past but couldn’t settle on an experience we were fully happy with, so this isn’t planned for now.
