I'm exploring a potential fix for adding the Reasoning Effort variable to Chutes provider models and will open a PR to share progress.

Opened PR #8905 with my attempt at addressing this issue. The implementation adds reasoning effort support to 8 Chutes models that have reasoning capabilities. All tests are passing and CI checks are running. Feedback welcome!

Hi @mohammad154 and maintainers,

After research, I found that Chutes API only supports standard OpenAI parameters (model, messages, max_tokens, etc.) and doesn't support reasoning_effort or any thinking control parameters (thinking_budget, thinking, extra_body, etc.).

This feature isn't feasible on Chutes. Suggest closing this issue.
