[BUG] The codebase indexing doesn't work

I am using a custom provider. I can use roo code normally with this provider, but not for the codebase indexing.
It doesn't say invalid config that's interesting, what is the reason of this.

1. On windows 11. I open roo and type in credentials.
2. click start indexing, and it fails like the screenshot

I've opened PR #9027 with a fix for the codebase indexing issue: #9027

The issue appears to be caused by case-sensitive model ID matching. Your custom provider uses Qwen/Qwen3-Embedding-8B while our profile defines it as qwen/qwen3-embedding-8b (lowercase). The fix makes all model ID lookups case-insensitive.

All CI checks have passed, and the implementation includes comprehensive tests. This should resolve your indexing issue, but please test and let me know if you encounter any problems!
