Provider like SiliconFlow show wrong tokens number on task header

What happened?

I am using SiliconFlow (OpenAi Compatible) as API provider and DeepSeek-V3 model. Token usage statistics is wrong (shows several millions actually just thousands) which caused cost statistics is also wrong.

Steps to reproduce

1. API Provider set as OpenAi Compatible
2. Base URL set as https://api.siliconflow.cn/v1
3. Fill in API key
4. Model set as deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-V3
5. Start any chat to see tokens statistics
