Important

UI updates in layout.tsx and new-run.tsx, configuration changes in roo-code-defaults.ts and turbo.json.

• UI Changes:
  • In layout.tsx, ThemeProvider now uses forcedTheme="dark".
  • In new-run.tsx, replace HardDriveUpload icon with SlidersHorizontal for "Import Settings" button.
  • In new-run.tsx, replace "Import Foot Gun System Prompt" with "Override System Prompt" and update dialog content.
• Configuration:
  • Update lastShownAnnouncementId in roo-code-defaults.ts to "may-21-2025-3-18".
  • Add FOOTGUN_SYSTEM_PROMPT to globalEnv in turbo.json.
