Add telemetry for marketplace tab views and install button clicks, updating TelemetryEventName and capturing events in App.tsx and MarketplaceItemCard.tsx.

• Telemetry:
  • Add MARKETPLACE_TAB_VIEWED and MARKETPLACE_INSTALL_BUTTON_CLICKED to TelemetryEventName in telemetry.ts.
  • Capture MARKETPLACE_TAB_VIEWED in App.tsx when the marketplace tab is viewed.
  • Capture MARKETPLACE_INSTALL_BUTTON_CLICKED in MarketplaceItemCard.tsx when the install button is clicked.
• Versioning:
  • Bump version in package.json from 1.26.0 to 1.27.0.
