fix: handle current directory path "." correctly in codebase_search tool

Summary

This PR fixes a bug where the codebase_search tool would return no results when using "." as the path parameter to search the current directory.

Problem

The issue was in the path filtering logic in QdrantVectorStore.search() method. When directoryPrefix was ".", it would create a filter looking for pathSegments.0 = ".", but indexed files don't have "." in their path segments, resulting in no matches.

Solution

• Added logic to detect current directory representations (".", "./", "", etc.)
• When current directory is detected, set filter = undefined to search the entire workspace
• Handles cross-platform path separators (Windows backslashes)
• Preserves existing functionality for all other path filtering scenarios

Changes

• Fixed: src/services/code-index/vector-store/qdrant-client.ts - Updated search method to handle current directory paths
• Added: Comprehensive tests covering various current directory path formats
• Tested: All existing functionality remains intact (381 tests pass)

This ensures consistent behavior regardless of the operating system or how the current directory is specified.

3. Updated the test mock in qdrant-client.spec.ts to include the posix.normalize method

Testing:

Root Cause

The problem was in the condition that checks for current directory representations. After normalization:

• path.posix.normalize('.') returns '.'
• path.posix.normalize('') also returns '.' (not empty string)
• path.posix.normalize('./') returns './'

The original condition was checking for normalizedPrefix === '' which would never match because normalize('') returns '.', not ''.

Solution

1. Removed the redundant empty string check since normalize('') returns '.' which is already handled
2. Applied @mrubens's suggestion to use path.posix.normalize() consistently throughout the code
3. Added a clarifying comment about the normalization behavior

Testing

• ✅ All 66 unit tests pass
• ✅ All CI/CD checks pass
• ✅ The fix correctly handles all current directory representations:
