Can't run examples from PyPI version of atomworks #46
Description
As of 9/19 the version of atomworks you can obtain using pip or uv does results in an ImportError when trying to run from atomworks.io.utils.testing import get_pdb_path_or_buffer. Cloning the repo from GitHub does not result in this error.
Is the GitHub actions workflow that is supposed to update the PyPI version functioning correctly?
