Maybe an improvement >>>>about some of the repos already has dockers file

So, in some of the repo like this https://github.com/myhhub/stock has a docker file and u can use it to run with docker. But when I try to run it on the website https://notebooks.gesis.org/binder/, it just went wrong....
I'm wondering is there any chance to read the repo's file and look for the docker file any use it, I pretty sure it will decrease tones of time.

And there is a problem when I run this repo https://github.com/myhhub/stock, TA-Lib just can install...... somebody help TAT(solved)
