Has anyone had any issues/success with installing and running Rosetta in a Window's Subsystem for Linux (WSL)?

I may end up building a dedicated workstation for my lab. I know the official guidance on the tutorials page is to install on a dedicated Mac or Linux machine, but has anyone had any issues compiling on running on a WSL? Is there a recommend Linux distribution I should use with WSL, if I want to use Rosetta?

Any reasonably recent Ubuntu based distribution should work. I would recommend to start with LTS versions, maybe try 20.04 first. Hope this helps,

I'm using it on WSL. Docker didnt work, but you can compile it from the sourcecode.
Most things are running without problems. However I have problems with remodel when I have multiple chains in my input pdb.
I think it's not related to WSL but rather a bug. I have python3 so I installed python-is-python3 to compile. This may be the problem here
