Could you please provide more info on which platform/package version have you installed so I can troubleshoot this? |

I installed Rosetta via conda (from the rosetta channel) and noticed that the InterfaceAnalyzer application does not appear to be included in this distribution. I’d like to use InterfaceAnalyzer to evaluate the VH-VL interface of an antibody, but I can’t find the executable or the script in my conda environment.
Could anyone advise on how to enable or install InterfaceAnalyzer when using Rosetta from conda? Is there a separate package, or do I need to build Rosetta from source to access that functionality? If so, are there any recommended steps or documentation specifically for compiling Rosetta with InterfaceAnalyzer?
Any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
