Problem with entering to the Github

How can I enter the Github with my Academic Email?
I have submitted [email protected] in my profile but I can not enter to the Github to use the ROSIE.

Unfortunately, there are legal and administrative issues with using servers in the United States to provide computational services to people in Iran, which means that we are unable to approve Iranian email addresses for ROSIE accounts at this time.
