process doesn't work, stuck at backtransforming?

Describe the bug
I'm trying to run the tools on Prusaslicer 2.5 ( and Superslicer 2.4). I'm stuck on the step of backtransforming, but I'm not sure if the slicer settings for the transformed STL are right.
Do I use normal bed coordinates, or set the bed center to X0 Y0? Do I use an intro line?

To Reproduce
I can import my file, add the dummy model and set the center coordinates of the bed to X0 Y0.
After backtransforming, Prusaslicer reports "configuration block closing tag ";prusaslicer_config = end" not found when reading filename.gcode". Superslicer reports "suspiciously low number of configuration values extracted from filename.gcode: 0'. Neither show a result.
