Introduce elemental operators for prepending

This package allows this:

```swift
allDates + [date]
```

to be simplified to this:

```swift
allDates + date
```

but it doesn't yet allow this:

```swift
[date] + allDates
```

to be simplified to this:

```swift
date + allDates
```

and it should.
