Module eats auto-updated licenses

Teamspeak apparently will push new license files to you, Teamspeak will continuously revert them... may need to either:

• See about a method of detecting when this happens and not apply the new license
• Document that it should only be used for loading a license and removed from Hiera afterwards or something. Or we can just use a temp "I have loaded a license" file that is used to determine that (will need to support loading other license files though... test and store a hash? I dunno...)

PS: Sorry TeamSpeak's licensing server for flooding you with upgrade requests on every revert -- this will probably make every server using this feature looks like they have a large amount of servers all running the same license, oops. :|

adding replace => "no", to the definition of your licensekey.dat file should be fixing this issue.
