Edit wiki about new Access Control & Auth requirements

Right now we are using Zitadel & Casbin.

• Simply we need more wiki entries about new requirements.
• Ultimately another repository only for hosting all of our items in docker compose later on kubernetes.
• We need docker registry and maybe actions. (i sad maybe because our servers can be build and push the registry not sure)
