Datagrid pagination doesn't handle an empty dataset

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a datagrid with pagination enabled and use an empty array as datasource
2. e.g. https://storybook.design-system.navy.digital.mod.uk/?path=/story/components-data-grid--paginated and delete the data property
