delete-excluded filter for specifics directories

I exclude some directories from a sync using filters.
But for some of them, I'd like to clean them up from dest/ (deleted-excluded) since these are left-over from previous backups. But I'd like to retain other (excluded) directories.

Did I overlooked an existing method to perform such a thing? And if not, wouldn't that make a useful - filter modifier?
