Bug Report: 100% zoom is not accurate.

When both applications are in full-screen mode and at 100% zoom, PicView displays a larger image at 100% zoom compared to the built-in Windows Photos app. My monitor is 4K resolution, and the image resolution is 1200*1200; from this perspective, the 100% zoom image displayed in PicView shouldn't take up so much space.

In my Windows 11 system's graphics settings, the scaling is set to 225%. I'm not sure if this has any impact.

Do you have the Stretch setting enabled? If so, then the image filling the available height is working as intended. Otherwise, I'm not really following you.
