Feature: Match with friends

Most of my friends are not using ASF or STM therefore matching with them is only possible through manual labor.

I wrote some functionality for it using https://steamcommunity.com/actions/PlayerList/?type=friends URL to fetch the friends list.

Should I develop this functionality further?

I really like this idea, but I have doubts that it should be integrated with ASF-STM script, since currently it heavily depends on information from ASF backend, and it will result in either further increasing complexity or in code duplication. I believe making it a separate script may be a better idea. On the other hand it raises a question where to put a button to trigger it than...

As a side note - you can use steam api to get friendlist, like https://steamapi.xpaw.me/#ISteamUserOAuth/GetFriendList for example, it returns json so it may be a bit faster. Not that it would matter with just one request...

I went ahead and implemented the functionality with minimal changes. A single boolean variable is used to switch between modes. https://steamcommunity.com/actions/PlayerList/?type=friends is more useful than ISteamUserOAuth/GetFriendList API as you get:

• SteamID3 - parameter in the trade window
• Profile Link - useful to check his profile or badge status
• Avatar (avatar hash)
• Username
• Sorted by in-game, online, offline status in this order

as oposed to the API (that needs an API key):

• SteamID64
• Relationship - useless "friend" string for all entries
• Friend Since - useless data

And i compiled that information into a list of objects identical to the ASF listing

Tampermonkey bugged out and silently updated the script. I'll have to rewrite the whole thing and the previous updates I made.

I added functionality into the settings to toggle the friends mode. I also added small improvements. I will drop a merge request tomorrow.
