Termination Resistor value

Can I ask why you put two 4K7 resistor in between the CANH and CANL? The termination resistor should 120ohm in the longest path two ends, isn't it?

As this an interface it might be attached to a single CAN node with high impedance termincation and a 120R termination resistor is required or it is connected to a single CAN node with 60R termination or it is put somewhere in an existing chain of CAN nodes like for example in a car.
In a professional setting your CAN-interface does not have a low impedance CAN termination, you adapt to what you need with the occasional extra termination resistor.
