flutter sdk version 0.16.0 cannot run on x86_64 emulated device

The latest available sdk version on pub.dev is 0.16.0, but releases section shows version 0.19.6 is available. Will this be published to pub.dev soon? To test on x86_64 android emulator, x86_64 version of libc++_shared.so is needed, but this seems to have issues in 0.16.0.

When I run my app this is the error I receive
