Section 4.5.2 image issue

In Section 4.5.2, the first image showing numbers 1 through 11 has stopped displayed for me (using Chrome). The second figure for numbers 12 through 17 is fine. Maybe it's just me? I did reboot.

This looks like a simple typo. Should be fixed and updated Saturday.

I checked it and this issue seems to have been resolved.
