Description
In Section 8.2 (towards the top), there is a link to a starter Colab notebook that has the line:
undf = pd.read_csv("https://media.githubusercontent.com/media/bnmnetp/httlads/master/Data/un-general-debates.csv")
Running this in the notebook causes the following error:
HTTPError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found
