The user interface of MD3 itself

Is the user interface of MD3 only available when opened for the first time after installation? I can only add various icons from rainmeteor in the future use, and cannot use MD3's own interface. Even if I want to recharge and unlock members, I cannot find the entrance. Moreover, MD3's own interface is clearer and more visual. Please help me

You have to load settings skin for that. Inside settings folder you will find various skins, out of them load homesettings.ini and you will see the same page which appears upon installation.

Can I design my own icon? And how can icon icons be linked to application software? Also, how can I obtain the Pro version after making the payment? I have never used this payment channel before

Basically you have to make completely white icon and assign material you colors over it. You can figure that out from existing icons. You also have to make a separate script (vbs preferred) to launch that app and link script to app icon upon single click action.

About pro version , you will be provided with a private channel link of telegram where you can find pro version file, once you make payment and mail me the payment proof.
