rcutorture: Add CONFIG_DEBUG_OBJECTS to RCU Tasks testing

This commit adds CONFIG_DEBUG_OBJECTS=y to the TRACE02 rcutorture scenario
to catch any further RCU Tasks bugs involving this Kconfig option.
