mtd: hyperbus: rpc-if: Add missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE

The rpc-if-hyperflash driver can be compiled as a module, but lacks
MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() and will therefore not be loaded automatically.
Fix this.
