lib/crc16_kunit: delete obsolete crc16_kunit.c

This new test showed up in v6.13-rc1.  Delete it since it is being
superseded by crc_kunit.c, which is more comprehensive (tests multiple
CRC variants without duplicating code, includes a benchmark, etc.).
