dt-bindings: pinctrl: samsung: Add compatible for exynos9810-wakeup-eint

Add the compatible for Samsung Exynos9810 pinctrl eint block
to the schema. It is compatible with Exynos850 EINT controller,
and doesn't have a dedicated IRQ line.
