Merge pull request #54 from guoweikang/update_link

This is due to upstream commit 44ac5abac86b ("Documentation/security-bugs: move from admin-guide/ to process/").

We already updated the one in the left menu bar in commit dfae529 ("SUMMARY: update "Report a security bug" link"), but this one is needed too.
