[FEATURE] Toggle Notes Buffer Synchronized To Current File

Hi @RutaTang ,

Would it be possible to have some sort of toggle that could open a buffer in like a vertical split that would show note contents per line next to a file currently opened? Kinda like this:

Toggled QuickNote Buffer        | File Buffer
                                | 
NOTE: This is a note            | 1 Some code
                                | 2 Some other code
NOTE: Another note              | 3 Even more code
...

And then when you scroll up and down the main fiile buffer, the quicknote buffer would also scroll in sync with the file buffer? Would this be at all possible?

If out of scope for the plugin, feel free to close!

This is kinda out of the scope of this plugin but could be a great idea for potential features. Thus, I would like to keep this issue open until I thoroughly think about whether it should be implemented later when I got leisure.

Makes complete sense @RutaTang ! I don't know how hard implementing the feature would be but I thought I'd share the idea/request.
