Add Teams Page #2
Description
Need to create a page that will display different team projects, and a link to the Github.
Implementation Notes:
Add a “Projects” tab/page at /projects.
Fetch approved projects from API and render a responsive grid of project cards.
Each card includes:
- Thumbnail image
- Project title
Click → open GitHub repo in new tab
Support filtering projects by year (dropdown or URL query). (not necessary yet)
