Editor Toolbar

Are there any plans on adding the editor toolbar as seen on the SimpleMDE examples? Or is there a way to run the plugin without the toolbar and status bar disabled?

Hadn't planned on it, although that would be a good idea for an option. I originally put this together pretty quickly and then haven't used it much. I'll dig around and see what I can come up with.
